Beware of the slick talking personnel in Park Forest Apartment's Rental office. They will sell you dreams and hopes only to convince you under false pretense to sign a lease. They will tell you that it comes with 24-hour maintenance and that you will have onsite laundry facilities in the court that your apartment is located, when in fact, and in truth, as they all well know, this is a material misrepreentation because they do not offer 24-hour maintenance service nor do they offer onsite laundry facilities in the court that your apartment is located.

In addition, they will tell you that a one bedroom is going for $730, when in fact, and in truth, as they well know, the one bedrooms do not go for $730, they go for $750. They tell you these things to get you to come into the rental office and slick talk you into signing a lease. BEWARE.

And worst, the amount that Park Forest Apartments market their apartments for is unrealistic because the community is unsafe after dark. In fact, a murder of a teenager occurred right in the complex. And you will always hear the sounds of gun shots going off. Not less than a week ago, a shooting took place right in the complex and police sirens are heard all throughout the night.

Simply put, if you are looking for an Apartment, I would advise you based upon my experience with this Complex, NOT to waste your time and money because you will regret it in the long run.

These are facts and it can be backed up. Currently, there is a lawsuit pending against this community in the District Court of Maryland for Prince George's County, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, for fraud and misrepresentations. You can view the lawsuit because it's a matter of public record.
