Do not move here! The leasing signs and front of the property may look appealing...but DON'T RENT HERE

This place is a mice haven. The other tenants are disruptive,hoodlum, who carry on 24/7.
You have to deal with be-be kids and then some, hanging on the front stoops, which ends up with trash/debris and all types of litter. (Parents need better control of their children) I realize management can do but so much, but a GOOD MGMT. COMPANY..should come by and see for themselves the ruckus that happens outside of this apts. building.

Crime is universal, and it's a shame that this property is in the middle of the thugs, guns of Southeast Washington.

Mgmt. should evict more residents/tenants if their guests, children can not respect the property and violate all the rules and regulations that governs the leaseholder.

The apts. are nice, but mice are the problem.
You may get new carpet, new kithcen applicances but dealing w/ the crime, and outside elements makes this not a good place to call home.

Please, please, please do not stop at PArk Forest to rent. Prices may be within your fixed income..but you'll be sorry.

DO NOT RENT HERE - DO BOTHER TO STOP!
Management Company please help this complet
