This is a very bad complex. It is unfornuate that mice are rampant in my apt.
REsidents leave bricks/sticks in the doors so their is no security. People that don't leave in the building are able to walk in and out. The youngest hang out, and are very disrectful from spitting,cussing, and behaving ignorantly.
The apts. are nice size, but do not more here. I disagree with the other remark from Butterly, b/c Oxon Hill area is not "da hood" as stated. There are very nice homes and middle class people that are working hard to have a good life.
Park Forest and it's management company SHOULD BE ASHAMED to rent and be considered a
apartment complex. The Health Dept. should shut this mouse hotel down.

First, let me say that you need to discover a dictionary because you can't spell, second most of the apartments in Oxon Hill are GHETTO because of the people they rent too. If if wasn't for the black people destroying everything, the apartments would probably be nice. You are a prime example you live in Park Forest with Mickey Mouse.

Butterfly FYI - We were new to the area when we came to Park Forest Oxon Hill. (This is just temporary) We looked at several apts. but this complex was able to fit our time contraints. We have a very nice home in the South Carolina but need to be close to take care of my mother who is recovering nicely from a stroke. I don't need a dictionary, was just rushing and made typing errors. I am very capable of spelling, and didn't have my glasses on. You can't tell who will be as you called GHETTO when you lease to them. I disagree w/ you about black people being destructive-so are many other races. Destructive and ignorance has no boundaries or knows color! By the way-mice get into the White House, brand new houses, etc. We are not unsanity people, and our apt. is very clean. My neighbors have mice also. I'm just glad this is temporary move. THANK YOU

Butterfly might know what a dictionary is, but she's ignorant to everything else in life, so you shouldn't have even bothered responding to her dumb "GHETTO" butt. I too liveD in this horrendous complex, not only are the apartments JACKED UP, with broken appliances, but WE (meaning all six of the tenants in my old building) have $300 and $400 pepco bills because the electric a/c & heating units are a fraud!!! MICE??!?!?!?!? You were being way too nice, they breed mice, and trust me I didn't do anything to contribute to the problem. As I moved in, mice were rampant, and the mice droppings are so awful I never used my kitchen drawers. If that's not enough, the people in the office are RUDE and NASTY. They are in the habit of illegally locking many, many people out of their units AND they do not repair anything in a timely manner. I had a roof leak that got so bad, they didn't come until it started draining down my wall and into the 2nd floor unit below mine. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
