1st - Everyone treats you REAL nice when you're about to move in. They make you feel like you're apart of a great community. NOT...
2nd - you move in and call the rental office the person on the other end is , ghetto, incompetent, ignorant to the facts and doesnt know ANYTHING or have any answers to your questions.
3rd - you receive late fee notices on your door OFTEN when they dont belong to you.
4th - When you call in to complain there is this new guy who is literally threatning residents that he has the power to vacate you from the premises within 30 days
5th - PARKING IS HORRIFIC (these idiots have no idea of what a resident has to go through living in this complex.)
6th - THEY HAVE MICE; why can't a resident have a cat its' only the smart thing to do in order to live in a more sanitized vacinity.

TOO MUCH MORE TO SAY.... DON'T DO IT..

PS. PEPCO BILL is out of control. I spoke to a representative of PEPCO and they said that Park Forest Apartments complex has the highest electric bills in PG COUNTY. They say that someone from maintenance is supposed to come into our apartments and change the air filters once a month. I've lived in my apartment for THREE YEARS I havent seen a maintenance tech ONCE.... PLEASE I have been trying to move but I am soooo far behind on my Pepco bill its somewhat impossible. Please if you have any other options ANYTHING EVEN SOUTHEAST Is BETTER THAN PARK FOREST APARTMENT....

hello, can you tell me what street has the mice problem? i am a PF tenant, too, and i would like to know. hopefully, next year or so i can make a move out of there!!!!! much thanks.
