I have lived in Park Forest for about a year now. I am in one of there renovated apartments and I have not seen one roach or one mouse. I really think it depends on what part of the development you live on and who lives in your bldg. Where I live is pretty quite I have not had any problems since I have lived there. Whenever I have called maintnence they have always come out to fix the problem even if they have to come more then once.

hello, i am a PF tenant, too, and what part do you live on that do not have mice or roaches? you do not have to tell me your name or b/c i don't want it. i am just curious b/c i have been living there for about 15 yrs and i have not had any problems and i do not want any. however, i have read on here that PF have bugs and rodents but i have been blessed to not see any. again, i am curious and concerned, that's all....any help of information is greatly appreciated. the bldg. i have lived in quiet w/ no kids and the folks there are just plain ole decent and they have been there for about 2-5 years or longers. i thank GOD that i have decent tentants as my neighbors b/c i was not raised in a home with mice or roaches and i just want to make sure it stays that way; although i plan to move soon into something much bigger b/c there's nothing luxury about PF but it's a roof over my head....
