I move in NOV 2008. the first month was fine. Then the high ass lights bill came. I could not believe it. Next, the mice went crazy and maintence basically live in my apt. I keep getting the same response from management. I am still having issue with mice. I moved here from Michigan and now I am moving back. Please do not ever think about moving here. Save yourself, you might prefer to be homeless.

i am a tenant in PF, too. what parts of PF is having mice problems (what streets: audrey land, deale drive, irving street, etc.). this is not cool and i am sorry that you feel the need to move back to MI but i understand b/c no one should live like that. what has maintenance said or done about your situation? can they be trusted at all? all of this truly make me rethink some things about PF, seriously. any info you can share is greatly appreciated!

I lived on Glassmanor, and I too had more mice than I have ever seen, and I was on the 3rd floor. They scared the hell out of my children, and the droppings were endless. This on top of the attempted illegal eviction, and illegal lock out was enough for me to hit the road!!! I agree with this review JUST DON'T DO IT. They may look nice from the outside but these people are GHETTO and ignorant!!!

I just moved out of Park Forest on Oct 31, they are suppose to have secure doors everybody and the nieghorhood and the kids knows the 4 digit code to get in the bldg, if you don't put on your top lock on your door, anybody can use a credit card broke into your apt, the electric bill will kill you and the mice will to, they let getto families tear up the apt. you have to walk across the street to get to the laundry room, and every other week someone will be broking into you apartment, and they steal car every day, not a good place to move.
