The complex itself is not so bad it all depends on which building you are in. This isn't that unusual as a matter of fact this applies to most neighborhoods. The maintenance is what really sucks. I have lived in Park Forest for a year and have had my apartment flooded on more then one occassion. The first time because the hot water heater was hooked up wrong thanks to their uneducated maintenance men. Second because the walls in my children's room had some type of leak. This resulted in a foul smell and mildew. And on top of everything else they acted as if they didn't want to transfer me. I had to call Property Standards and write several letters before they could understand how serious I was. On top of that the electric is ridiculous. In a nutshell it AINT WORTH IT!!
