Besides parking being an issue, has there been any crime activity' Any loitering'
Are the apartments really spacious'
For someone that will be living alone
in their late 20's no kids in College, would
you recommend this.

Well I just recently moved into these apartments. I am in my Mid 20s, No Kids and a Recent College Grad 04'. The only problem that I see are that the walls are too thin. I really dont have any other problems, but remember you are the person renting the apartment, and you control what goes on. If they aren't up too parr, you have go to the Manager, then you go to Grady Management. You will get some results. BUt that is with any apartment community. I havent seen any loitering. The apartments aren't suspicious. I mean crime in everywhere, from Mont. Cnty to Fairfax so I wont say you can escape crime. But there is police presence on the property. Whether you know it or not. You will also see county and state police patrols.

It is a wonderful place to leave. I lived there for 5 years and the only problem is the parking. But the apartment is worth the bad parking. The rental office staff is so nice and they stay on top of there business. You won't be disappointed. If you go somewhere else you won't get what Portabello has.
