I moved to portabello in July of 2004 and I moved out in August 2006. I know im late writing my review but I just found out about this site. I really don't have any major complaints about the apartment complex. I lived in building 6519 it was my 1st apartment and my rent was $793. The parking was bad after a certain time but I never had any car break in's. My only real issue was the apartment never got the electric changed over in my name so for 3 months pepco kept sending the rental office the bill finally at the 4th month I get a letter on my door with a hand written message explaing their mistake by that time I owed over $400 to pepco. Other than that i think it's a great complex compared to other one's in the area. Would I recommend this apartment to anyone else' Yes I would.
