My roommate and I moved into these apartments in 2/02 and moved out 10/07. THE ONLY REASON WHY WE STAYED SO LONG WAS OUT OF CONVENIENCE!!! Our stay here was horrible!We experienced so many problems with the apartment-mold in the window and walls, ants, and the rigged plumbing system. I personally made several complaints about the mold growing in the window and walls in which NOTHING was done for months until a letter was sent to management threatening to contact the health department. Even then, the mold in the wall was PAINTED OVER and returned in months and again was painted over. Food from the upstairs units would come through our garbage disposal and leak onto the floor and into the carpet-nothing was done for weeks...A definite health hazard!!!! The list of problems could go on and on...lack of parking, loud hallways (from other residents), thin walls, etc...THe whole apartment complex inside and out needs serious renovations!!! I WOULD NOT recommend this apartment complex unless you have the patience to deal with the problems and issues that follow.
