I lived here from June 2008 to April 2009. I would not recommend you moving here. My apartment got broken into 3 times and who ever got in had a key and bypass the alarm system. They stole money, ipod watches, gift cards, and my safe. My car window got busted out 1 time.

Not sure if you moved yet, but Ive been here since 3/09 and havent seen any mice or roaches. I stay in portabello 2 and like it b/c the washer and dryer are in the apt and the bedroom is larger. Only downside is there is not a lot of kitchen counter space. I kind of keep to myself and my neighbors seem to do the same and I have heard of no robberies or incidents except the shooting a couple months back and that was an isolated incident.
