I moved in 1999 and yes there were alot of police offices, etc. and loud noise making. Only because of the property management. At the time I had two boys and one on the way. The neighborhood was infested. I am still residing there and it is wonderful. New property manager, staff and maintenance. When there is a problem in my apartment, quick service, in addition, the management gives/lives notifications of problems.

Maybe it was bad and infested back then because Riverside Plaza was use to have section 8. That was the problem. I love living at this neighborhood and all I want to say is keep up the good work!!!!!!!
