This complex is a joke. They are mice infested, roach infested and the people in the office are just rude, with the exception of a new gentlemen they have.

The office hours are posted but they open up late and leave early. I work from 8-5 and the office is suppose to close at 6 but they leave at 5 or 5:30 and then on Sunday they open up after 1 if they open at all. The parking is a nightmare. They only have limited spaces and it is always full with residents cars so if you have company they have no where to park. There is a big lot across from the pool that use to be visitors and then they took that a way.

The girl who works in the office and drives the crown victoria (I think that is what it is) is ghetto fabulous and Renee is a joke. I called them about a mouse that I saw and they asked me was I sure and I said of course I am. They said that since it was a Friday I had to wait until Monday when the people could come out. The residents only do what management allows them to do.

I think you are jealous or you must be one of those residents who didn't pay there rent on time because I been a resident here for 7 years and I've never had or heard anyone complain about mice. The people in the rental office is very professional ay all times so you must be a jealous female who can't pay the rent so you get mad and complain.

Why is it that people always respond to someone writing their experience with a particular apartment complex as being jealous or not paying their rent on time. If they didn't pay their rent on time, there'a penalty for them (it's called late charges). If there was a problem with this tenant paying their rent, management would have taken some type of action by now.

I'm just so tired of seeing that type of response on this website. It's rediculous and it doesn't help me (a potential tenant) knowing that I may have to deal with tenants such as yourself. A mature professional person would not have responded that way.

I need to know from someone who's been living on this property some time to tell me their honest opinion. I have an 11 yr. old and am not trying to subject him or myself to any area where I have to be leary of what might happen.

To the second response bravo. What does jealousy have to do with an apartment complex? who is she jealous of the owners? If you have had a good time in the last 7 years great but this woman has had an ordeal and it should be expressed as a potential event that may happen to another

I live at Riverside Plaza and I like it here I've been here for almost 2 years, and I think it's unfair for the tenants to get mad a the office staff because they ask you to control your kids, not leave trash over the hallways, and they are pretty strick with enforcing the rules and I think it's for the good of the good of the property because I can walk into my apartment and not have to see a lot of kids on my front porch and trash everywhere and I like that. At night the police is always out making sure the laundry rooms are locked and there is no one in the buildings. The staff are really on top of the jobs, and I have no mice and roaches, but the staff do ask if see anything to report it immideately so that they can take care of it right away, but so far I haven't seen anything.

So do I, I've been here a little over a year and at first it was great...then the mice took over, it was horrorible. Mike all the people that live here aren't mad at the staff because they are enforcing the rules. I know for a fact that they could do more about the kids loitering in buildings and leaving trash in the hallways. They know who these kids are and unfortunetly if they evict them all how would they make money with all those empty apartments. Just to let you all know that the anonymous comment is true and I getting out of here.

I agree, this apartment is horrible. It is infested with mice and roaches. Yesterday which was September 10, 2007 i went looking in my nightstand draw and what did i found, a mice looking at me. My move out date is in October and i can't wait! I AM NOT POSTING THIS COMMIT JUST TO BE POSTING IT BECAUSE I WOULD NOT TELL A LIE ABOUT SOMEWHERE I LIVED. Please do not move here. When i first moved in 2004 it was ok, didn't have any problems now it has gotten a little rough. The amount of mice that you found or see each day is redicoulous. Living like this is not healthy for anyone espcialy when you have young children. So i am asking anyone who is considering moving here please don't.
