I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. The management staff is ok,things will only get maintenced if your aggressive. They do have mice and roaches. They also have rude children of all ages hanging out on cars and steps all hours of the the day and night. When they do preform maintence it is half completed or covered up. Their doors fall off the hinges constanly due to putting the same screws in the same over stretched holes. We don't have alot of violence and quiet until the children are out. Concidering half the staff lives here and some police you would think there would be better control and curfews. Mrs. Demetri is wonderful, the rest of the staff is rude and is only content with having a job!!!!
Lets not forget parking is terrible. They also raise your rent $40 per year and never make the quality of leaving any better.

You need to live in other places to be able to appreciate the staff, the care and quality of were you live. You have to pay the price to live right.
