I realy enjoy living here my apartment is huge, I have lots of closets even walk-in closets, I have a big kitchen and a larger dinnning room. I love it here I get to enjoy the pool. I don't know my neighbors but we all speak to each other and go about our business. This is a nice place to live. The office staff is so nice, sometimes i get caught in conversations that leads to laughter. I truely love it here. I have never seen a mice, or a roach,If someone have mice that means you need to clean out your apartment, because mice live in filthy, dirty places. How and why would you want to write something bad about a place a nice as this' I have refered friends here and they love it here. Come and see for yourself. I called maintenance a few times and the were here with in the hour, most places you have to wait a day or two and thats if they show up at all. Parking is perfect, I can always find a park at night because I have a parking permit, thats what a resident suppose to have if they live here right. The rental office is not going to give you a parking permit for dead tags or for your boyfriend and his friends to take up all the parks at night. They are doing the right thing and I suport them 100%. That's why this place is not ran down. I have been here for 14 months and I love it. Ms.Dee is really cool and so is the other staff. Come see for yourself this is a nice place to live.

Dee, Dee, Dee. You should be ashamed of yourself for writing such a ridiculous review of this complex. You have exaggerated so much and it to the point that its hard to believe anything that you say. For starters, just because somebody has mice in their apartments doesn't mean they don't clean their apartments. Maybe their neighbors are the ones not keeping their apartment clean, maybe its because the exterminator just comes in and throws traps down and then just leaves, or better yet maybe its you being too lazy to schedule the exterminator to come to check the apartments out. And no maintenance doesn't come that quick, mainly because they are too busy hanging out on the balcony sipping lemonade being too lazy to do their job. And parking wouldn't be so much of a problem if you stopped illegally handing out parking permits to every Tom, ---- and Harry. But you know what Dee, I can sum up this complex with just saying that it is just like the office staff, GHETTO TRASH!
