Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
I've live in Southview for almost 3 years and it is horrible. The property manager is a jacka** and has a terrible disposition. My car has been vandalized several times and my apartment has been broken into. I was denied a transfer after the break in, but yet I've my rent was paid on time always. The apartments are infested with roaches, mice, and spiders. You'll have water leaks throughout the apartment.
