To all those people who are complaing about Southview, If they only knew how good they had it. I lived in Southview for a year and my only complaint was the people under me (they always complained about my daughter making noise, but that?s what happens when you put someone with kids over top of a single couple, but if some of you would just read the reviews of the apartments in Forestville, MD, you would see just how good it really is in Southview. My recommendation to all apartment renters "Swallow Your Pride" Move in with realtives if possible and save up and buy a condo, townhouse or something and stop giving your money away. I brought my 3 bd room 1 1/2 bath will $1,700 down and I pay less than $800.00 a month. Email me if you like and I will tell you how I did it. Good Luck to you all.
