Southview Apartments

Love my apartment, can't stand management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   With the exception of the children loitering and trashing the halls, and the parking lots full of trash and people partying all damn night, fussing and cussing in the parking lot. I guess for what it's worth it ain't that bad. Keep records for everything, because management does not communicate and there computer system is always down. This is a Southern Management Company and they are money hungry. Some sides of Southview are little more maintained. There is only one good maintenance man on the premises an older guy. The leasing persons are really ghetto. And once they get your money for the apartment that you want.There is no guarantee that you will be able to move in on time. You have to stay on them to fix things, and oh yeah you may have a few unwelcome rodents free loading like they pay rent. They are a farely nice size. But in some of the places the closet space sucks.
