I've only been here almost a year, and here's what I've found out about these apartments.

Pros: The have a pretty decent public transportation system for those that don't like to drive. I like the space in the apartments, it's not bad for the money.

Now here comes the negative.

If you are single and are worried about living alone. Don't worry, because you won't be, the pest will be there to keep you company. I've seen the posting about roaches and mice it's pretty much true. Before I moved in, I set down 20 roach fog bombs because I read what they had to say on this site. Sure enough, I had a huge problem, but all bombs I set was enough to solve the roach issue. As for mice, they've sent out exterminator's twice and I've set down traps and the lil rodents still manage to come back.

I've had my car broken into and stolen *but that can happen anywhere**.

They have a lot of young kids around the area, who will sit on your ride like a chair, but if you say something to them, they will respect your ride. A lot times they will hang out at night, but it's not that often it happens.


Bottom line, be sure to inspect your area, before you move. Be sure to know if you apartment side is the hang out area, and also try to live where you can see your vehicle just by peeking out the window. If you don't feel like doing all that, then this neighborhood is not for you.
