Easy access but.......

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I've lived here now for a year. I enjoy the access into DC and Va. but the crime rate of the surrounding area really concerns me. The living quarters are adequate at best but it's really in need of some major remodeling. Other than that I guess you get what you pay for.
