One of the issues that I have with Southview is their lack of timely notification that they need to access my apartment for whatever reason. For example, this past Friday, they put a notice on my door that they would need to access my apartment the following Monday for an annual inspection conducted by a Freddie Mac rep and a rep from Southview. Earlier this year, they put a notice on my door saying they needed to access my apartment for a pest control and rodent treatment process only 2 days prior. They should at least give a week's notice when they're going to do something.

what building did you live in?i am thinking about moving to s.v. b/c i have no other choice! i want to avoid difficulties!
