The apartments are roach and rat infested. neighbors are ghetto and the leasing staff and resident center staff are rude. The rent is too much for the drama you put up with daily and complaints to the property manager go unnoticed. He does not respond unless you take off work and sit and wait for him then acts like he is going to take care of the problems but doesnt. The buildings are poorly made and filthy. The area is basically the projects. Kids run wild in the streets with no respect to peoples cars, and you will hear gunshots all hours of the night. I moved here from Chicago and the lady on the phone made it seem all nice but it is a NIGHTMARE! I cant wait until my lease is up.
