Southview is horrible, plenty of roaches and mice. The head staff or property manager talks to his staff like children. I was getting work done in my place and I couldn't believe my ears. Don't be late with rent or big red notice on your door for all neighbors to see. Car jackings and stick ups once a week. My car has been stolen twice in one year. Please don't move here, Please take your family else where.
