I previously wrote the review (do it if you are desperate back in 3/2005). I am still waiting to move out of here.
My life has been a living hell for the past 11 months and guess what...even though I moved in on Oct 8th, my lease doesn't end until Nov. 30th!!! That is some real B.S. it's like once you are in, they don't want you to leave.
I guess I was lucky not to have any roaches or mice in my apartment but I don't want to speak too soon. I have seen other bugs but am not sure what kind they are. Either way it's disgusting!
To be honest, this apartment is very uncomfortable because the number one problem is the paper thin walls and windows. They don't provide storm windows in the winter so when the wind blows so does your blinds. You can hear people's conversations in the next building. They might as well set up tents outside and rent them out to people.
I just think these building need a lot of work and that the residents should be screened properly. I am not here to bash Southview but, it's just not a good place to live!
