Guess I spoke too soon about not having rats because I just saw Mickey 3 days ago. He came from behind my stove and when I screamed...he ran back under. I called maintenance as soon as this happened....but, they did not get back with me until 2pm the next day!!! When they did, they just put one glue trap in my closet and looked behind my stove. When I got home from work, there was a letter under my door asking me to renew my lease. Ummmm, I don't think so!And actually had the nerve to go up on the rent about $30. I am so freaking happy to be getting out of this prison camp within the next 5 weeks that I can scream!! THANK YOU JESUS FOR GETTING ME OUT!!! I was going to try to do another year here and save for a house, but I would rather work two jobs than to be stuck here for another year.
By the way, they seem to start shooting every year around October. This place is pitiful. I live on the DC side. If your credit is bad, try looking at other southern managment properties unless you want to adopt a new family of crack heads, drug dealers and loud children. I am telling you, it is AWFUL!!! You are constantly being watched as you come in and out of your place. There are groups of men standing out and barking at you as you walk by. I can't see how people survive. You will hear sirens at all hours of the day and night, it is just not normal. I refuse to adapt to this way of live. GOOD LUCK!
