Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I moved in my apartment in June 04" I was happy until I started to do some of my own house cleaning and saw some droppings on my stove!!!!!I didn't want to believe it but it was exactly that for the first 3wks I was there I killed at least 15 mice!!!!!It's ridicoulous for the rent they charge you there and god forbide being late they act as though their checks are going to be short if your late paying your rent.The assist.prop mgr acts like SOUTHVIEW BELONGS TO HIM AND HE'S A ON THE JOB ACHOLIC!!!!!!!!!!!!I wouldnt recommend these apts to my worst enemy DON'T MOVE HERE YOU'LL BE SORRY..........
