If you want to be harrassed by young drug dealers, be-be kids out on your stoop at all hours of the morning and night, live with mice in every room and when you call the maintence they leave the traps for you to set up and put down. It takes them weeks to come and fix things.
THEN TO MAKE MATTERS WORST.....Southview was written about in the Weekend Express the last weekend in March 2006 about the 5 cases settled out of court by the management for SEXUAL ASULTS that they refuse to post notices about to warn other tenants.
We pay all this money evrything month and they are always raising the rent but they cannt keep us SAFE.

Anonymous,I use to live at southview I had my apartment broken into and I know maintance and management had a lot to do with it. I wish I could join the other tenants on there lawsuit. When I moved in I had about five different mainance guys to come to my apartment for things that should have already been taken care. My keys were given to all these maintance guys by management.When I changed my locks They tried to take my locks off my door to break in a second time. I want to tell everyone Mr frost- Ms Bush are some people who works in the office of southview and have something to do with a lot of the breakins on the property. I know someone used a key to my apartment the first time they broke in. so please do not move in to this nightmare apartment. Its all a inside job.
