This is by far the worst place I have ever lived and would not recommend this place to a dog. I've lived at Southview since Aug.2005 and have had nothing but problems, from KING KONG and little KONG living upstairs, to the BE-BE Kids across the hall. They have even took it upon themselves to borrow and destroy my patio furniture, written on my patio window and be playing all in front of my bedroom window. I have reported this to the management and nothing still has been done about any of my complaints, when I first moved in I had a problem with a leaking ceiling in the bathroom which it took about one month to take care of and then the ceiling was leaking again after a month of calling themselves fixing the problem, finally it was fixed after another month and then it took two weeks for them to come back and paint. I had a problem with the toilet paper holder being in the wrong place which made you have to turn sideways to use the toilet and on top of that I saw mice, which I'm terrified of. I asked could I be released from my lease and of course I was told that I had already passed the 30 days that they allow for you to change your mind if you are not satisfied with your place. So now I'm stuck there for another 3 months, but if I find a decent place before then I will be moving out sooner and just have to pay the rent for the next few months as well. I say don't move here and definitely don't recommend to anyone else because this place Sucks with a capital S.
I wish I had found this rating site before I made the biggest mistake in my life and that was every coming across Southview Apts.

LOL......i have a problem with King Kong and Little Kong also; and on top of that the insulation they need alot of; i heard my noisey neighbors Lady King Kong and her boyfriend getting busy now if that ain't trifflin' at least to hear i don't know what is........what you do behind close doors should be behind close doors...with all that noise they should have just posted their sex on the internet.
