Southview should be about they word, if a tenant is constantly complaining about another tenant with the same situation then procedures should be done. And if the tenant hasn't applied to the procedures and the resident is still getting the same complaint then it's time to tell that tenant that the resident office wants there property back.I've been complaining about the same thing over and over about my neighbor who constantly makes noise all the time 24/7 and been complaining every since they moved in and nothing change. But be late for the rent you will get a note on your door with no hesitation. "ALL IN ALL SOUTHVIEW IS SORRY".I lived in SV before for 5yrs. and never had a problem with neighbors or mice, but when i moved back in everything just changed.

I feel you on that note... When I lived there back in 2003-2004 the Resident Manager aka the Lanlord... I will not call any names, had the nerve to not only PUT the sign up that SAYS your rent is PAST DUE and it was the 4th but he came in and posted it on my FRIDGE... I had a roomate at the time and we where the only ones with KEYS he and I both where in PHILLY so we knew what was up. When Our lease was one month away from being up a CERTAIN LANDLORD came into my apartment again with the SHERIF and was videotaping my apartment. What kind of crap is that. Mind you they do not take Public Assistance, so no it was not a inspection... That is Illegal. I am glad they are under new MANAGEMENT.. He was a bammer and the poor employees was scared out they pants |

I'M JUST COUNTING DOWN WHEN MY LEASE EXPIRERS.....THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO WIN AWARDS AND FOR WHAT........I'M GOING TO TRY TO TRANSFER AND IF IT DOESN'T GET APPROVE MY RENT WILL BE GOING INTO "ESCROW"....AND BY THE WAY THE NOISEY NEIGHBORS BIG KING KONG AND LITTLE KING KONG STILL MAKES NOISES;AND THEY ACTUALLY THREATEN ME OUT LOUD AND THE RESIDENT MANAGER OF THE BUILDING KNOWS ABOUT IT......SOUTHVIEW DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEY RESIDENT AS LONG AS THE DOE IS FLOWING THEY DON'T CARE; AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES THEM "SORRY AS HELL" AND NO I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO A HOMELESS INDIVIDUAL.
