Southview Apartments

Going down From: i_didnt_know Date posted: 3/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I have read the other comments and agree with many others. I had no idea that other tenants were going through the same things as myself. The apartments have gone down since I first moved in. I live in the mid-rises and the securtiy door is often broken (if people don't have a key they will snatch the door open). The intercom does not work. There are alot of children that now live in the building (they play in the parking lot and don't want to move when your trying to park). When they are not in the parking lot they are running up and down the halls. There is a huge mouse problem, I have killed many and they keep coming. Y girlfriend has mice too she lives in the building next door to me. I called maintience about my rodent issues they just provide you with glue traps. You can hear mice, or squrrials running in the ceiling and in the walls. The office staff can be nice it depends on what kind of day there having before you come in with your issues. I guess the only good thing I can say is I maybe see two roaches in my apartment a year.
