I've been living in southview for over a year now. it's not that bad but its not good. i haven't had problems with my neighbors nor other people. but someone took my husbands rims and tires off his car and left it on bricks. i called the rental office to report it and all they told me was that i need to put tires on my car or they will tow it. the parking is horrible. i don't have any mice or roaches but my neighbors complain all the time. i also think they need to upgrade because the kitchen is horrible i hate the cabinets, they're white and old. i've been requesting new cabinets for sometime now. But if u mind ur own business and be careful if u leave early in the morning and coming back late at night. And also my neighbor she is on the ground floor that has the patio and someone was trying to break into her apartment at 5am while her kids was there. so be very careful if u are thinking about moving here.
