I HAVE LIVED IN SOUTHVIEW FOR 10 YEARS AND HAVE HEARD MANY THINGS, HOWEVER, I STILL DO NOT FEAR. PEOPLE ARE QUICK TO TALK BAD ABOUT SOUTHVIEW BUT FORGET TO REALIZE IT'S NOT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IT'S THE AREA. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE EVERYTHING BAD TO SAY NEED TO SHUT UP AND KEEP THEIR THOUGHTS TO THEMSELVES, YOU CAN'T EXPECT TO LIVE IN A NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE THIS AND THINK THAT YOUR APARTMENT COMPLEX IS GOING TO LIKE HEAVEN...IF THAT'S THE CASE THEN MOVE TO THE SUBURBS!!!!!!! SECONDLY, FOR THOSE WHO MENTION RODENTS, BUGS, ETC....YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR HOUSE CLEAN OR GET A CAT AND BE HAPPY AT LEAST GO TO HOME DEPOT AND BUY SOME KIND OF REPELLENT (EVERY PLACE HAS BUGS AND MICE--EVEN THE CLEANEST). PEOPLE ALWAYS GET MAD WHEN THEY CANT AFFORD TO PAY THEIR RENT THEN GET KICKED OUT OF SOUTHVIEW BUT WHEN THEY APPLY AND KNOW WHAT THEIR GETTING THEMSELVES INTO THE CONVERSATION IS SO MUCH DIFFERENT AND IF THAT'S THE CASE THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLACES TO LIVE BESIDES STARTING OFF AT "SOUTHVIEW". SO BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE, THINK ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD FIRST...BUT ALL IN ALL, SOUTHVIEW IS NOT BAD IT'S CONVIENENT AND QUIET AS LONG AS YOU MIND YOUR DAMN BUSINESS!!! AND FOR THOSE WHO RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW, DON'T TAKE IF OFFENSIVE BY USING NAME CALLING BECAUSE YOU ONLY PROVE THAT THIS MESSAGE IS RELEVALNT TO YOU!!!! (NOT MY FAULT YOU FEEL THAT WAY)

Wow First, you must be a real loser to be at Southview for 10 years, no high expectations for you. Second, people complain because they hope for postive change from management, not like you, writing just because. Of course it's the apartment complex, and the area, and the people who surround the area. Of course you hope for the better in any situation, except for yourself, who has been at Southview for 10 years. Furthermore, I pay my rent on time, and still receive lousy and late service, loud, thumping, ghetto neighbors, and fake staff who put on airs at first meeting, but change when you move in. You're solution is get a cat for the bug problem, how stupid is that. They travel, so if you have openings anywhere, they will get through. I have a right to live wherever I please, and deserve service with that, so it seems like you will be here another 10 years so hopefully it will be blissful for you, your children, your greatgrandchildren, at you enjoy the comforts of Southview apartments (loser).

I am complaining and I WILL MOVE OUT!!! I agree with the first reply to the message. Whoever wrote this article is apparently fine with living in Southview and its surroundings. This is a place you only stay at if you are trying to save money and than move on to bigger and better things and a safer neighborhood. Now i must say Southern Management is a great management company but they can only do as much as possible, it is up to the tenants to keep the area safe and clean. Unfortunately they have disrespectful ignorant people that don't know any better. The more I stay in this area the more I realize how ignorant these individuals are. This is not for everyone that lives here but for the loud ghetto folk, you will only know this area and think this is all life has to offer. Very sad but I AM MOVING and good luck for all the people that are not. I feel sorry for Southview Management but what can you do with ignorant people moving in your area.

Well I guess that would make you part of the ignorance because you moved here, did you complain before you applied, and got accepted...I'll bet you didn't! No one should agree with the first respondent because who ever that was, is very obnoxious and the parent of real ignorance and I bet still live in the area of the ghetto. And to the person who wrote the original message, haters work 24/7 so don't trip from what people say on here they are the main one's complaining, but still living in the hood.
