My cousin and I lived there from 06/07-06/08. Never again!!! The size of the apartment was great w/big spacious closets but I could not deal with the mice. They were just running freely...WTH!!! I am not a dirty person...the total opposite everything has to be junk free, clean and neat!! I have no idea why we had so many mice!! They kept coming from my cousins bedroom and we patched up holes but they were still coming in like they paid rent. Uggghhhh...I was so happy to leave...we saw 2 the day we moved out! I asked a couple of my neighbors did they have that problem and they said no..maybe it was just our apt but from reading these reviews I know I'm not crazy.
Oh yeah we also complained to the management office and they just brought over some stick traps....WTF!!!!

My neighbors say the same thing, but i dont not have mice. Don't get me wrong i hate this place but just can't afford to move right now. But the neighbors who have mice do not have carpet and i do . could that make duference because i dont have mice?

I don't have carpet and I have been here for a year now and CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!! I truly hate this ignorant, ghetto area but I am also saving and can't afford to move. They trap you in with the money lol... Thank God I have not seen mice, but I SURE HAVE SEEN THOSE GOD AWFUL ROACHES!!! They had an terminators come and what did they do??? They were in and out in five seconds I searched in my kitchen to see what they did and all i saw was a stick trap? What the hell man, I just wish everyone would move to a better place. Nothing against management, they are very helpful "if you pay your rent on time" but these people and this area and these roaches. It's time for me to go. Thank you for letting me vent :-)

I used to live in Southview from 2001 to 2007 it was ok living in the mid rise but when I moved to Iverson st...OMG..hell.. we had no "AIR" for a year and THE ROACHES were your room mates. Mr. Moon and Blue were as%Ho%$s and when I reported to Edwin he sided with them..you guys I even had notice from the Health Department about my air and when had 7 days to fix it our cars got towed we got notices from the rental office.. I mean it was a crazy.. my husband was asking Mr. Blue something and he got smart as heck and my husband was going to just smack his a%% and he ran inside and locked the door. When I say NOT worth it believe me it ISN'T. I feel sorry for the people who live in 1309 Ivesron st # 203 they might have a very hot summer if they haven't gottem that air fixed.
