I'VE LIVED AT SOUTHVIEW SINCE LAST YR. I STAY IN THE MID RISE ITS VERY NICE BUT THEY HAVE A MOUSE PROBLEM. SINCE I'VE BEEN THERE I'VE CAUGHT ATLEAST 6 MOUSES. RECENTLY ONE LAST WK. OTHER THEN THAT THE PROPERTY IS WELL KEPT UP AND THE UNITS ARENT SO BAD. IT IS ALOT OF KIDS WHO LIVES AROUND IN THE AREA. ALSO THEIR LAUNDRY ROOMS SUCKS... ITS ONLY 2 WASHERS AND DRYERS PER SIDE. MOST OF THE TIME THEY ARENT WORKING. AS BIG IS SOUTHVIEW IS YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE A LARGER LAUNDRY AREA AND A COIN MACHINE. GOOD LUCK ON TRYING TO FIND QUARTERS...
