Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2008
 
This complex has the worst maintnace and the property manager Shante does not respond to the needs of the tenants, only to serve late notices that always on time, I would tell any one never rent from this company owned by marcy ave llc it stinks they don't maintain their grounds it is alot of words I can not use.
