I don't live here, but I have a friend who did for almost three years and recently moved to a complex less than a minute away. She asked me if I wanted to share a 2-bedroom with her and my response was something like "Have you lost your mind' I don't even like visiting you here." She had her car broken into twice and it's not even a good car!!!!

If you want somewhere safe and have children who you love and don't let run the streets, DON'T live here. If this is what fits your price range beware of the consistent car thefts/break-ins, lack of parking and rundown dead-end in the back of the complex.

I would not live here and if I did, I would really be desparate. If you can afford it, don't live in Riverview Terrace. I have been there numerous times when my friend lived there and due to a lack of parking permits, I would often not be able to stay as long as I'd like (towing begins at midnight) or have to park at the 7-Eleven, which is no safer. If you want disrespectful neighbors and a pot-hole, roach infested residence this is the place for you.

Don't let that picturesque photo on the Internet and apartment books fool you!! I've heard terrible stories about management at Riverview Terrace. Take a tour of the property and observe the area. If you look at the area that Riverview is in, it is obvious as to what your potential living environment will be. Would you rather pay low rent and worry about your safety, having hits out on you for getting involved with the wrong people in the complex and sacrifice your safety or pay a little bit more and feel safe if you forgot to lock your day or put on your club'

On a good note, the actual individual units are really nice and have spacious closets. Some of the apartments have views of trees and hills. If you need some green there is not a shortage. That gives you a better idea of where you'd be living.

Call the police department for crime statistics.
