Think Twice Before Making a Committment

Moved in 2001, hoping to make a fresh start. Boy was I wrong!! Not only was maintenance unresponsive, but it's towards the end of 2003 and maintenance is still unresponsive. You call and report things, like defective stoves and refrigerators and you're being told that if they have to replace anything, you have to pay for it. They don't notify you when they turn off water. I wouldn't mind it if we knew the day it was being turned off -- but no notice. Management -- who is running the show'!' It definitely isn't Edgewood Management. Are they aware of what's happening with their property' Haven't there been lawsuits in the works because of this complex. My kids don't play outside because it's unsafe. There is only one laundry room between 4-5 buildings that work. So, I often times have to walk at night up the hill to the building that has a working washer and dryer. If you have a way out, take it -- if you don't, God Bless You and Watch your Back!!
