Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I lived at Riverview Terrace Apartments for close to 2 years and have been totally unhappy with maintenance work.... now they have changed their maintanance staff just abouth every 3 months since I've lived there.

Now that I'm gone and put a hefty deposit down I have yet to recieve it and all I get is the run around from the leasing office and theer corporate office Edgewood Management!!!! Mind you I moved out of my unit over 2 months ago!!!!!!!!!!

These people are unprofessional about everything and now that I'm gone they are still giving me HELL on giving me my damn money back.
