I first want to say Riverview Terrace Staff is very unprofessional. It seems Riverview Terrace Staff has a game that they will use against the tenants every time. They always come up with these bogus rules, when they don't follow rules themselves. They claim they are upgrading or doing something to better the parking situation all the time. Half of the time their maintenance are seen all hours of the night socializing with neihbors, but claim the tenants should not be standing around talking amongs themselves. The maintenance men have been seen dating tenants and yes for help with their rent. It is a death trap. Drug area. They start to fix something and finish months later once you call a hundred times. Riverview Terrace will work on things they have to fix by a deadline to cover themselves, but when the tenant need something you have go on a list for ever. Once there was no AC for close to a month when it was well over 90 degrees. Riverview Terrace sends out notices late, but when the tenants does, Riverview Terrace wants you to be reminded of the things in your lease. WELL IT WORKS BOTH WAYS..... Yes we have been waiting for over 3 months for Security Deposit. You call Riverview Terrace and get the run around about the check being mailed or a check #. How can you treat people like this and expect them to treat you with respect. Riverview Terrace will be reported to everyone who has anything to do with Justice and Fairness. Last but not lease this area is not safe and you could get robbed or shot, trust me we are witnesses!!! Riverview Terrace put yourself in some of these honest people shoes , you would not want this to be you, let us sit behind your desk and tell you LIES or be rude when something is needed , oh you are nice in the beginning, but when the customer gets upset because of the lies then we are rude...It is so bad I can't stop writing because I cannot believe this. Justice will be served trust me, you will be put out there.
