I moved to Riverview Terrace Apartments at the end of 2003,which didn't seems like a bad place to live. I only ran into a few problems. First one the kids around Riverview are off the hook. They sit on your car like the pay the note, and when you ask them to unass your car they look at you like your crazy. Second the kids hang out in the buildings in the evening, throwing their trash on the ground from the Ice Cream Truck. Which to say there's about six that come around the neighbor before nine o'clock. When I called the Leasing Department Ms know it all Tameka is going to ask me if I know the kids or where they live, if I knew that I could have taken care of the matter myself not call her. I don't get paid for playing CSI.
There's only one play ground that is located up on a hill wich there should be more. But I still say that the parents need to have more control of their children, MANAGEMENT CAN NOT CONTROL YOUR CHILDREN that comes from home. As far as Maintence, my call haven't gone answered, and haven't took a long time for them to come out. When I had an Emergency they came right out within 15 minutes. As far as the previous Review the Maintence dating Tents, who cares who they see as long as your problems in your apartment gets fixed and its after 5:00pm there working hours. Management has made a lot changes for the good like repaving the sidewalks,Puting up more lighting, and cutting down some of the dead trees. And locking the Laundry Rooms up for safety at night. If you ever lived in South East, or North Philly you would see that Riverview is not all that bad.

I currently live in South East (which, by the way is RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM YOU). I was considering moving to RVT until reading all the reviews. Like most people with good sense, I must go with the majority. I responpeded to your comment b/c you contridicted yourself so. I, as a SE resident who lives in a duplex apartment with a splashpark accross the street, no children hanging outside or sitting on cars that people pay dearly for will stay where I am without paying any utilities and enjoying coming home to quiet and calling my rental office and getting the respect I deserve for paying my rent each and every month.
