Starting with the Property Manager there's not a time when you could walk in to the office, and hear her screaming or cussing at someone or on the Walkie-Talkie's they carry. The leasing Department change staff so much that you never know who, or what is going to answer the telephone. As far as Maintence if you call for the Maintence Supervisor for a problem in your unit. Someone that answer the Telephone will tell you there's no Maintence Supervisor anymore.(what happen to Mr.Fiers') at least when you had a Management Problem he would address it.
When you get use to the staff someone always changing the sequence of things. At least you should keep the Residents inform of the Departments changes.
