I AT ONE TIME LIVED IN RIVERVIEW APARTMENTS AND I NOW LIVE IN SE AND WE DON'T HAVE CHILDREN HANGING IN THE HALLS, LAUNDRY ROOMS ARE CLOSED WITH A GATED DOOR EVERY NIGHT AT 8:00PM AND WE HAVE POLICE PATROLLING THE AREA SO WERE I LIVE IN SE IS NOT BAD AT ALL SO DON'T CAST NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON SE TRY IT MIGHT ENJOY WERE I LIVE.
