Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Rental rates are high for the area. If you are on a month to month lease they raise your rent $90.00 and if you are a day late the charge is $85.00 ($50 for the lawyer fee, $35.00 for the late fee) You also neeed to pay your own gas and eletric. Parking is horrible, with consistant tow trucks and boots on peoples cars. Crime is high including a cop being murdered, and a recent rash of someone breaking out a row of car windows.
