Don't move to Riverview Terrace every time you turn around someone is fighting or someone is getting shot. It was Memorial Day weekend about 3:oopm or 4:00pm when someone got shot while our kids where outside playing. Its not safe, at all for you or your guests. Don't park your car around there at night because you might be the lucky one to have the windows busted or car vandalize. A couple of months ago the property use to be bright at night with a lot of lights, so you could proably feel a little safe coming home from work or where ever. Not any more when you get out your car you better grab your kids and run to your apartment. Maintence has gone to hell,If you call them for a request it might get done in about 3 weeks or more. The lady that they have answering the telephone in the Maintenance department Tonya is so rude and disrespectful she really don't know how to speak to the residents. What happen to Mr. Fiers Maintenance Supervisor at least your request for things to be fix, would not go undone he would see to it that it would be fix. It looks like Management Really should try to get him back. I don't know what kind of background check they do in leasing It looks like that their just giving the apartments away to anyone who has money. I guess we owe all this drama to Ms.Tameka. My new neighbors play their music loud all times of the night it could be 1:00AM, you would think that it was 1:00pm. I have came home from work and some residents had Patio Chairs outside in the parking lot sitting in them talking, playing cards as if it was a block party.Riverview Terrace is not the place to live and have a family, unless you like dodgeing bullets, or having your car fix all the time.
