I moved here a month ago and can not wait until my lease is up to move. If you like unprofessional then this is the place to be.Starting with the Leasing Department down to the unexperience Maintenance staff. first the Leasing Department will move you into a Apartment, within two days you will have to move to another apartment because they have rented out the apartment to you and someone else.It seems to me that there main concern is to get people in, not the satisfaction of the tenants. Your apartment will not be ready for you to move in on your move in date. It would not be clean you proably would not have all the Bathroom or Kitchen Fixtures.The walls will look like they hired a Crack Head off the street to paint them. It will proably have mice that runs around the house day and night from the holes under the sinks or around the Toliet pipe. And of course the magic saying is that we will send someone out and no one will never come. Do not be surprised if you come home from work and water is coming down out the ceiling. When you call the Emergency number the people that answer the Emergency number would have to page the on call person all evening or night which the on call person would never respond. So when you go to the Rental office the next day they would send a half ass unexperience Maintenance person to fix it. But within two days the problem will come back. It look like they are hiring the Neighborhood Teenagers and Ned the wino from the near by liquor store to be Maintenance. I guess they are holding up a sign out side that says if you want a job come here we'll hire you. So keep a close watch on your belongings, they might just walkout when the incompetent staff come to fix things in your house after waiting three weeks of constant calling for your request to be fix. Oh yes they want the rent money on time but they can not do anything about the people hanging in the halls or in the parking lot. Maybe it would not be a bad idea for Jack Johnson to try to close this slum down.
