I've been living in Riverview Terr/ The Oaks for over 6mos and I havent had any problems the only complaint I have is there is no real playground for the kids. As far as kids being outside all night that is something the parent should be controling not leaving it up to the rental office to give there child a curfew. The whole kids on the corner thing is not that bad and if there parents would let them have company they probable wouldn't be outside. See people are complaining about how sorry the rental office is but as soon as they give new rules or change a policy everyones crying there being petty. So you want them to have 101rules just so you can feel like you have no freedom and get piss and break them right. Oh yeh you want them to babysit and clean after your kids too. Please. If you are looking for somewhere to live this is not a bad place I haven't had a problem with maintenance/ parking/ rent, ect. I love my apartment.
