Well what can I say I have been living here for 10 years now. It wasn't always bad. I understand what yall are saying about they vandalism and theft but that is everywhere you go. I loved growing up here and if I could do it again I would. I plan on moving in the very near future because of all the things that go on now. Im not ghetto Im actually in college. Not everyone who lives there is a bad person. To some of yall single ladies all the guys around tehre are real cool you just need to stop pre labeling them and speak. As far as matinance yeah they are tryfling but wouldn't you be to if you had people on your back saying it you when the error is with the management. I love Riverview Terrace now know as Oaks at Park South for what it was and Im gone always be an RVT or OPS(Oaks at Park South) Honnie 4 Life that is a home for alot of people so stop downing it.
P.S.- I never had roaches or mice so maybe you all need to evaluate yourselves.
