I'm not a resident, but lived in that are for 18 years. Like everything, the dynamics of the neighborhood changes over time. I would NEVER move there, these apartments have never had a great reputation NEVER. None of the apartments in the Glassmanor or Brinkley Road area have except Park Forest when they were first renovated. I say shop around, all the apartments in MD (Oxon Hill area and surrounding and bordering in VA (Alexandria/Arlington) are competitively leased. I would never settle for living in River View Terrace or whatever they call themselves these days!
