I recently moved to the Oaks and I am miserable the people here are broke ass hood rats who live off the government and still feel like they have a right to complain .Get a god damn job take care of your bad ass kids!My apartment is renovated and I enjoy it when I can.Seeing how Im one out of maybe 20 in the complex how have a job its almost to enjoy my apartment because either you hear the bad ass kids all night or because my neighbors dont have to get up in the morning they blast their music all night.The people in the rental office are rude as hell they treat everyone like ----.Even if you actullay pay on time.
