I moved to "River View Terrace" back in 2001. At the time, it was not too bad. The staff was pretty decent and I really loved my apartment. THe maintenance crew was helpful and very friendly. Recently, all that has changed.

For starters, I have lived here 5 years and have just recently started having problems with the apartment. This past July the air conditioner broke down. It was hot as hell and it took them a week to fix the problem. In the process of fixing my unit, they broke the screen door on the balcony. Have they been back to fix it' NO. The previous maintenance staff would've had it done in two days, if that.

I used to brag about NEVER seeing a mouse or any kind of bugs in my apartment. Now I have seen mice, so it is really time for me to get out of this place. And the bathroom fixtures, I can't even begin to tell you about them. The kitchen too. If anything needs to be fixed, you might as well do it yourself.

My car has been scratched up and dented and just messed over. The kids run around crazy because they have no place for them to go. The trash dumpsters stay full. I don't know what that's all about. And security' PLEASE!

Check your options before coming here. I'm sure you can do better, no matter what your financial situation is.
